About these terms

This website is run by Ted & Greg's, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Ted & Greg's," "we," "us"). These terms apply when you visit tedandgregs.com or buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy are part of these terms.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 and have a shipping address in the United States to place an order.

Using our products

Ted & Greg's Pain Rub is an over-the-counter topical analgesic. Read and follow the Drug Facts label before use. Keep it out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Information on this site is general information about our products and company. It is not medical advice, and it doesn't replace advice from your doctor or pharmacist. Ask a doctor before use if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take other medicines, and stop using it and ask a doctor if the label tells you to.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, for example when a product is out of stock, a price or description is wrong, or an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

We try to describe and picture our products accurately. Colors and packaging may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. You agree that the payment information you give is yours to use and is correct. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Reviews and other content you send us

If you post a review, send us a photo or video, or share feedback, you confirm it's your own honest experience and that you have the right to share it. You give us a free, ongoing, worldwide license to use, show, copy and share it, with your first name and last initial, on our site, social media and marketing. Don't include other people's personal information.

We publish reviews whether they're positive or negative. We don't publish reviews that describe medical conditions, claim the product cures or treats a disease, describe use the label warns against, are fake or about a different product, or are abusive or obscene. We don't change the words of a review.

Our content

The site's text, images, logos, video and design belong to Ted & Greg's or the people who licensed them to us. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy, sell or reuse them otherwise without our written permission. "Ted & Greg's" and our logos are our trademarks.

Things you can't do on the site

Don't use the site for anything illegal, try to break into or disrupt it, scrape it with automated tools, pretend to be someone else, or resell our products as new from us without a written wholesale agreement.

Links to other sites

The site may link to sites we don't run, such as social media or shipping carriers. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

We provide the website as is. We don't promise it will always be available or error free. Except where the law doesn't allow it, we make no warranties about the website beyond what these terms say. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or right you have under the law that can't be waived.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Ted & Greg's is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order involved. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability for injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that can't be limited by law.

If you break these terms

If a claim is made against us because you broke these terms or misused the site, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Dallas County, Texas, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to orders placed after they're posted.
